The SCHUBERTH C5 Carbon is the first-ever SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE motorcycle helmet. Its full Carbon shell is handmade at SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE by the same hands of our highly specialized technicians, who manufacture our Formula 1 helmets. Thanks to the manual lamination and the autoclave curing processes, the shell of C5 Carbon combines an extremely light weight with an unparalleled performance.

The Game Changer

The full Carbon shell of the C5 Carbon is produced with the same processes used in our car racing helmets. More importantly, it's handmade by the same expert technicians who craft helmets for the current Formula 1 World Champion.

One Man, One Shell

Every C5 Carbon shell is created by a single technician, from start to finish. This "one man, one shell" approach ensures consistency and the highest quality craftsmanship throughout the entire process.

The Art Of "Cooking"

After lamination, the Carbon mold is sealed and placed into a vacuum station. Skilled operators carefully wrap and vacuum each mold to prepare it for autoclave curing.

In SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE autoclaves, pressure and temperature are applied according to a precise timeline. A four-hour cycle transforms the resin and Carbon layers into a single strong, lightweight structure.

New Ventilation System

Ventilation on the C5 Carbon sets a new benchmark in flip-up helmets. It combines an advanced dual chin air intake with replaceable filters, a back spoiler with exhaust function, and open EPS channels for maximum airflow and rider comfort.

Safety is our top priority. With a full Carbon shell, the C5 Carbon offers exceptional mechanical strength with minimal weight.

Like all SCHUBERTH helmets, it features the Anti-Roll-Off-System and an improved chin strap position for enhanced comfort around the throat area.

Intercom System

The C5 Carbon is equipped for SC2, the most advanced communication system by SCHUBERTH. With pre-installed HD speakers and antennas for FM, Bluetooth, and Mesh Intercom, it's ready for seamless connection out of the box.

Installation is simple: plug in the HD BOOM mic, remove the back covers, release the side remote housing, connect both modules, power them on, and you're ready to go.

Mesh 2.0

Mesh 2.0 redefines connectivity. It allows nearly limitless intercom connections and integrates the latest HD audio components from Sena, along with advanced noise control, digital assistant support, and extended range performance.

Visor Memory Function

The visor memory function, first seen on the E1 peak, is now available on the C5 Carbon. It ensures the visor returns to your selected position after opening and closing the chin bar, enhancing convenience on every ride.

The Sound Of Silence

The C5 Carbon delivers top-tier aeroacoustic performance with just 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked bike. SCHUBERTH's in-house wind tunnel helped fine-tune each part of the helmet for superior soundproofing, complemented by a redesigned neckroll for maximum comfort.
